Lamb Curry

The  meat for this lamb curry is marinated overnight in a homemade mix of spices and fresh herbs, and then simmered on a low fire till the lamb is tender and has absorbed all of the flavours, this lamb curry is packed with flavour and less heat, so even the chilli light-weights will enjoy it!
